When you purchase a device at a PayMore Store, you’re not just purchasing an electronic device, you’re becoming part of the PayMore Store family and you’ll be treated as so. All of our devices come with our industry leading 30 day warranty and protects you against device lemons, defects and failures. Electronics are complex products and we stand behind each and every device we sell. We also offer extended PayMore Store warranties on all the devices, please inquire.
Standard 30 Day Warranty
This comprehensive, industry leading warranty is included free of charge on all items purchased from a PayMore Store. It covers defects and device failures for up to 30 days.
Day 1-7
We offer a full money back guarantee against defects/device failure.
This means if you aren’t happy with your device, its not functioning properly, or you just want to return it you will be fully refunded back in the means you originally paid. (If you paid with cash, you’ll receive cash back, if you paid with credit card, the refund will process back onto your credit card). You will need to return the device in the exact condition is was sold to you to be eligible for a refund.
Day 8-30
Our warranty continues against defects/device failure, but with PayMore Store credit only as a refund option.
Just like our day 1-7 warranty we continue to offer a full 30 day warranty against any defects or malfunctions, however, if you would like to return your device we will now offer you a replacement device, if we cannot we will refund you in full with a PayMore Store gift card only. After 30 days, we will no longer cover the device unless you purchased an extended warranty.
