We Are Actively Looking to Buy Pokémon Cards, Booster Packs & Collections

1] Visit a PayMore Store

Bring your graded cards, raw cards, sealed booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, vintage WOTC sets, modern releases, or full binder collections to your local PayMore Store®.

2] You Get Paid in Cash

We'll inspect each card on the spot to give you our best cash offer. Bring any original packaging, sleeves, and certificates of authenticity, and if you have professionally graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC), bring the slabs too. Graded cards are quicker to value and often earn higher offers.

3] Your Cards Find a New Home

After we settle on a price, your Pokémon cards are inspected, sleeved, photographed, and added to our shelves, where the next collector or trainer can pick up where you left off.

The #1 Place to Buy and Sell Pokémon Cards

At PayMore, we're interested in your latest Pokémon Center booster box haul, your binder of holographic rares, and the dusty stack of 1999 Base Set cards in your parents' attic. We accept a wide range of Pokémon cards in just about any condition, from mint graded slabs to heavily played commons. Just swing by a PayMore Store with your cards and find out how much cash you could walk away with today!

How much are my Pokémon cards worth?

Trade-in values depend on the specific card, its condition, whether it's graded or raw, the set and edition, and current collector demand. Base Set 1st Edition holographic Charizards in high grade can be worth thousands. Modern bulk commons typically run a few cents each. Sealed vintage booster boxes can fetch hundreds to thousands. We refresh our pricing regularly so we can offer a competitive number on the spot.

We Know Pokémon Cards

Sell Your Pokémon Cards with Confidence

Our team inspects every Pokémon card that comes through our doors for authenticity, condition, and rarity. We can identify shadowless prints, first editions, error cards, and authentic vintage holos. We don't grade cards ourselves, for cards where condition is the whole game, that's what services like PSA, BGS, and CGC are for. But if you've already had cards professionally graded, bring those slabs and certifications in with you. Graded cards are quicker to value and typically earn higher offers. Whether you've been collecting since 1999 or you inherited a binder and aren't sure what's inside, we'll walk through it with you, card by card.

Buy. Sell. Trade. Recycle.

Questions about Trading in Pokemon Cards?

Do you buy graded Pokémon cards?

Yes! We accept cards graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), BGS (Beckett Grading Services), and CGC (Certified Guaranty Company). Bring the card in its original slab with the grade and certification number visible. Graded cards are easier and faster to value, and they typically command higher offers than raw cards in similar condition.

Do you buy Japanese Pokémon cards?

Yes! We buy Japanese cards, exclusive Japanese sets, and Pokémon Center Japan releases. Japanese cards often release months before English versions and typically have lower print runs, so they often trade at higher prices than their English counterparts. Bring what you have, and we'll evaluate it on the spot.

What about damaged or heavily played cards?

We'll take a look. Heavily played cards, cards with edge wear, creases, or surface scratches, can still have value, especially for rarer or vintage pieces. A heavily played Base Set Charizard is still a Base Set Charizard. We can't promise an offer on everything, but it's always worth bringing in, and we'll be upfront about what we can and can't take.

Do you buy bulk Pokémon cards?

Yes, we accept bulk collections. We're especially interested in higher-end bulk like holographic rares, reverse holos, and playable trainers and energy. For common bulk cards, we focus on larger quantities or cards from popular sets and the WOTC era. Bring binders, boxes, or sorted lots, and we'll evaluate the collection as a whole.

Do you buy sealed Pokémon products?

Absolutely. We buy sealed booster boxes, booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, Ultra Premium Collections, Pokémon Center exclusive ETBs, collection boxes, tins, theme decks, promo boxes, and anniversary products. Sealed vintage products from the WOTC era are especially valuable.

Do you buy entire collections at once?

Absolutely. Whether you're downsizing a long-time collection, clearing out cards from a move, or handling an inherited binder, we welcome full collections. For larger hauls, it can help to call your local PayMore Store ahead of time so they can set aside the space and staff to go through everything with you properly.

What are the most valuable Pokémon cards?

Base Set 1st Edition holographic rares are among the most valuable, especially Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur. Shadowless Base Set cards, early WOTC promos, and graded high-grade specimens command premium prices. Japanese exclusive cards and limited Pokémon Center releases also hold high values. Specific card values fluctuate based on grading, condition, and current collector demand.

Why buy or sell to PayMore?

We pay top dollar for your collection, matching or beating any reasonable competing offer with cash in hand. Thousands of customers across the country trade into PayMore locations every year. We're safe, clean, walk-in storefronts, no sketchy parking-lot meetups, no buyers who ghost you after you drive across town. We're licensed, bonded, and insured through all county, state, and federal mandates. Our staff are experienced, knowledgeable, and treat every customer like the collector they are.

What are the selling requirements?

To receive cash from a PayMore Store, you must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid physical state or government-issued photo ID.

Any tips for getting top dollar?

Want even more cash or trade credit? Keep cards in sleeves, top loaders, or binders to protect their condition. Boxes, packs, and sealed products should stay sealed. Certificates of authenticity for graded cards add value.

If you have professionally graded items (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.), bring them in their original slabs. Graded cards are easier and faster for us to value, and they typically command higher offers. Avoid taping anything directly to a sealed product, and store cards in a clean, dry, smoke-free space.

If cards are part of a complete set (master sets, full holographic runs, themed binders, etc.), bringing the whole set in usually earns more than parting it out. Sort cards by set and rarity in advance, and identify your most valuable cards before your visit. This speeds up the evaluation and gets you a faster offer.
