PayMore has appointed Lori Gonzalez as Vice President of Operations, reinforcing the company’s continued investment in operational excellence and franchisee support across its global electronics resale network.
Gonzalez brings more than two decades of franchise operations and multi-unit leadership experience across nationally recognized brands including Domino’s Pizza, Burger King, Blink Fitness, Fantastic Sams Cut and Color, KinderCare Learning Centers, and Friendly’s Ice Cream.
Her appointment comes as PayMore continues strengthening the systems, processes, and operational standards that support its growing network of stores.
“As PayMore continues to evolve, investing in experienced operational leadership is critical to supporting our franchisees and maintaining the standards that define our brand,” said Stephen Preuss Sr., Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of PayMore.
Gonzalez also brings firsthand perspective as a former franchise owner, having owned and operated a Domino’s Pizza location earlier in her career.
One of the defining accomplishments in her career includes earning Burger King’s National Operational Excellence Award just two years into her tenure — recognition of her ability to drive operational clarity, system consistency, and performance across large franchise organizations.
At PayMore, Gonzalez will work closely with franchisees and internal teams to strengthen operational standards, improve consistency across locations, and support day-to-day execution throughout the system.
“In the short time I’ve been with PayMore, what’s stood out most is the passion across the organization,” said Gonzalez. “There’s real pride in the brand and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. I’m excited to support our franchisees and teams as we continue building a strong and consistent system together.”
Alongside Gonzalez’s appointment, PayMore has also welcomed Matt Stillman as Vice President of Finance, bringing experience in building financial systems and reporting infrastructure for multi-unit consumer brands.
Most recently, Stillman served as Vice President of Finance at Five Iron Golf, where he built the company’s internal finance and accounting team and helped support significant expansion.
At PayMore, he will focus on strengthening financial planning, reporting, and internal systems that support operational clarity and long-term system stability.
As PayMore continues refining its operational infrastructure, the company remains focused on supporting franchisees, maintaining system standards, and building a strong foundation for the brand’s long-term success.
The brand has received national recognition for its innovation and environmental impact, including coverage highlighting its role in reshaping electronics resale and recycling more than 1.5 million pounds of e-waste annually.
