PayMore Stores – United States Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PayMore Stores website located at https://paymore.com, related online services, and PayMore retail store locations within the United States (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by PayMore Group, LLC, located at 4242 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27609 (“PayMore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


1. Use of the Services


You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation

• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or monitor content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, subject to applicable law.


2. Products and Availability


PayMore buys, sells, and trades new and pre-owned electronics. Inventory, pricing, condition, and availability vary by location, fulfillment source, and time.

All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice, except where restricted by law.


3. Pricing and Payments


Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and fees will be disclosed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.


4. Shipping and Delivery


Shipping options and delivery times vary by destination and availability. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

PayMore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain issues, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.


5. Warranty, Returns, and Refund Policy (United States)


When you buy a device at a PayMore Store, you’re not just getting quality tech—you’re joining the PayMore family. Every device we sell comes with an industry-leading 30-day warranty that protects you from defects, failures, and unexpected issues.


Days 1–7: Full Money-Back Guarantee


• Full refund for any reason

• Refund issued in the original form of payment

• Device must be returned in the same condition as sold

Devices sold as new and opened by the customer are returnable but will incur a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee, where permitted by law.


Days 8–30: Store Credit


• Full 30-day warranty covering defects or malfunctions

• Replacement offered first, when available

• If replacement is not possible, refund issued as a PayMore Store gift card

Devices sold as brand new and sealed that are opened by the customer are returnable but will incur a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee, where permitted by law.

If a device has been heavily used, PayMore reserves the right to refuse the return, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

After 30 days, coverage ends unless an extended warranty has been purchased.


6. Buyback and Trade-In Services


When selling or trading a device to PayMore, you represent that:

• You are the lawful owner of the device

• The device is not lost or stolen

• All personal data has been removed

PayMore reserves the right to verify ownership and device condition and to refuse transactions at its discretion, in accordance with applicable law.


7. Intellectual Property


All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to PayMore and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.


8. Privacy and Data Processing


Your privacy is important to us. PayMore Group, LLC is the “controller” of personal information collected through the Website and our official social media pages.

This Terms of Service page does not restate our Privacy Policy. Details regarding:

• how personal information is used and shared

• cookies and tracking technologies

This Terms of Service does not apply to information collected offline, through individual franchise websites, or by third-party websites or services that may link to or be accessible from the Website.


9. SMS Messaging Terms (United States)


PayMore Store Location Customer Service


Customers will receive a reply only when they message into a PayMore Store location’s sms#.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive one reply back when you message us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

10. Third-Party Services and Links


The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms that support ecommerce, payments, identity verification, shipping, analytics, advertising, or social media. PayMore is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.


11. Disclaimers


Except as expressly stated and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, conditions, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable federal or state law.


12. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PayMore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, PayMore’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.


13. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver


Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any transaction with PayMore shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court where permitted.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and survives termination of these Terms, except where prohibited by applicable state law.


14. State-Specific Consumer Rights


Certain states provide consumers with additional rights, remedies, or protections that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, exclude, or override any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable state law, including state consumer protection, warranty, unfair practices, or privacy statutes.

Where state law conflicts with these Terms, applicable state law shall control.


15. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
